Default Here we go!

Ok, This is what I will be ordering tomorrow:

Fabtech 6" performance lift w/dirt logic shocks and "free skid plate"(woohoo) $3052.00
Fabtech Dual Steering Stabilizer $166.50
Nitto 35X12.5R17 Mud Grappler $294.71x4
Pro Comp 17X8 Knight-Khrome Series 9089 $234.00x4
Convoy Duck, Black Nickel $200.00
iPod Interface $109.61

(next week):
Remote start at local stereo shop

Wanted to order the Fabtech, umm, damnit, forgot what they are called. The pieces that go from the frame to the back axle, sometimes called ladders I think, but they don't have one for the 06' yet.
Yes, this is alot of stuff but I have put off 6 years worth of things so the wifey could drive nice vehicles and this (part of it anyways) is coming from her sign on bonus!!
Comments and suggestions welcome. I will definately post before and after pics when done.

Go to to you local off road shop or welding shop have them make you some traction bars much better for the money last you longer also have some made with Hemi Greasable joints ( Zerk Fitting ) you want it to pivot on both axles and frame mount the part that atacthes to the frame should mount Where you drive shaft pivots on the bearinging Carrior hanger Bracket.

For the best traction bars or go with a 4 link set up where you use coilover Shocks with link bars that atach to the top of the rear end punken ThatY off to the fwd part of the frame. the bottom arms come off you'r axles atach to the frame pivot where the drvie shaft pivots on you'r topY where you mount this will control you sink rate on the rear end the only draw back on a rear end system like this you get more sway but the rear end sticks for off road you will have alot of Articulation ( Axle Twist ) this keeps the rear on the ground, more time on the ground that means you are driven the truck under power better traction.

If you take a look at Class 8 race trucks this is the type of systems they are running for like Off road racing.

I looks like you willing to put some cash in to you truck Don't forget about Posi and Gears WFO have fun.

Oh yea If you have some traction bars custom made they will most likley cost you less and you will have a better bar all around.

Appreciate the input on the Traction Bars, unfortunately there are absolutely 0 4X4 shops around here and no idea about welding shops, let alone if they would even know what the hell I was talking about. Rhode Island (especially the Newport area)seems to be more about BMW/Mercedes than nice lifted trucks so I am having to get everything from other places.

You might as well have ordered a matching spare tire/wheel... I'd hate to be out playing and get a flat in the middle of no where. That, and how many tire shops keep those tires in stock? Just my $.02
