Default Bangbang noise

Hey folks, I have an 05 2500 quadcab 4X2 with 50000 miles. When turning right and applying the brake going foreward and in reverse, a bang bang sound comes from the passenger side front. I have been under this truck all day and can not find any abnornalties. Can any body throw me a bone here?
Thanks,
Smitty

Jack the front end up and turn the stearing wheel to the right and spin the tire. It should help narrow down the problem. As far as what the problem is.... couldn't really tell you but it sounds like something came loose and is catching on part of the tire. Either that or check thewheel well or inner fenderand see if that is loose.

Thanks for the tips folks, but it turned out to be something fairly simple. The spair tire under the back of the truck some how came loose just enough to make the noise I was hearing. Funny how something like that can have you pulling your hair out.
