I bought the $900 Lifetime Powertrain Warranty
Purchased my truck about 3 weeks before Cerberus took over Chrysler and offered the lifetime warranty.
$900 for 0 deductible. I've put on over 5000 miles in 3 months so about 20K a year.
I think this will pay for itself. I am highly doubtful that the tranny and diff will make it to 50K.
However, mark my words, Chrysler is going to unveil something special next week, like the redesigned Ram. They say its an 09, but I bet its going to be an EARLY 09. Probably get it from spring of 08.

well it sounds good, but if you get the 09 the warranty on the older one ends. either way i still think it is probably well spent because you never know what the futre may bring.
