I'm happy with that.............
Screw all these Honda driving morons that scream "Save the Earth".......
At least if I get hit, they won't screw 6 handles onto my truck and paint it black, cause they can't pry me out.......... I drive a full framed truck for a reason: My family. (And I love the sound of a V8 when I'm knee deep into the throttle...............)[8D]

i have an 04. quad cab, hemi, 2wd, and the best i ever had was a drive from toronto to ny city..... was gettting 22.1 mpg on computer.......all the way down the ny thrurway....was nice.....
Excuse me, But Your only doing ok, My 06 2500 reg cab 4x4 with the hemi and 6speed 373 lt slip can pull 22 mpg highway, 1800 rpms 60 MPH, I have dual ex and a topper and run mid grade, use mobil 1 syn, but at speeds over 60 mph, reporting milage is a lost cause ...
good deal! guess i wasn't happy with good mpg and no payments. traded my 02 4.7for 06 hemi 4x4 megacab 9mpg in town 17 at 65(who drives 65) 13 at 74(where i like to drive) no mds on the mega!!!!
Speed really kills the mileage on these things. I set the cruise at 65 all the time, and a lot of people pass me!
I was averaging about 16.5 mixed use stock, and after a catback, intake and superchips program, it's looking like I will get over 19 in the same conditions. I am driving like a granny to get that though. My overhead console reads about 1mpg high pre-program and it's at 20.1 right now after a weekend of city driving, so we will see how accurate it turms out to be after the tune with correct tire height.
My previos truck was a doggy 4 cylinder Ranger that was getting around 20mpg mixed. If I could get near the same, I would be pretty happy.

I think I read that in Consumer reports... they did a save gas/better milage segment.. and one said that if you can get behind a tractor trailer get up nice and close and shut your car off.... the truck will be able to pull you with the wind... or sumtin...
