Hey Men...I have an 03 REG cab 4x4 4.7 short bed

I get launch shudder up until 25 mph around 1700 rpmThe whole truck vibrates.(also some squeeking sounds)It smooths out after that...I have swapped out tires and wheels and rebalanced....Anybody got a remedy/ideas

deffinitly could happen with a one peice driveshaft as well
