I am going to purchase a 5th wheel to haul behind my 07 RAM 3500 Quad cab, 4X4, 5.9 automatic, 3.73 rear end gearing, NON dual wheels. I am beatingmy head against the wall attempting to find any data on the tow capacity of my truck. I'm a little confused that Dodge does nothave any stickers on the door post indicating max tow data.

Does anyone know of any resources where I can get accurate tow capacity data for my truck? I checked the Dodge web site and they show the 2007 6.7 but no 5.9 data.

 

Dodge use to have a spot where you put in your info and it showed you, but I can not find it. So try this site.

anyway, if ya call the dealer, they should be able to tell ya.

 

has to be refering to the 5.9 CTD cause the 360 was discontinued back after 2002 for the 2500/3500

 

what size 5th wheel? I think once you get into the 40footers it would be better to have a dually.
