2007 2008 mds hemi exhaust????
If you have the quad cab, then there is only one resonator and its located behind the muffler just before the exit of the exhaust. If you want to have an exit before the rear passenger tire, then you'll have to lose that one unless you get a muffler shop to weld it in upstream before the muffler. I have no resonators with my Banks Monster exhaust and it sounds great. MDS doesn't bother me too much either. Good luck with the mods.

Recipe for 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi muffler:
I have changed my muffler around 6 times now. I hatedthe sound of themds. I wanted to just keep overdriveon. It does sound sweet with both resonators off with Flowmaster.(Loud when you step into it) It sounds like crap when the mds kicks in. I figured out if you get a AIRRAID filter.(don't waiste money on cold air intakeyour
truck already has the housing for it) Take off your first resonator. Install Flowmaster 40. Leave back resonator on with your tip going out the backpassanger tire. What I figured out is that the Airraid balanced out the sound(deep) and the back resonator stoped the mds sound. You can hear it very little when it drops down. The sound you get is deep when you take off (alarms will go off) with little mds sound on the freeway. My muffler shop wants to shoot me for as many times I have been in there but I made sure they had beer to drink after work. LOL I hope this helps All 8 to 4 cylnder Dodge owners. Later Darren

if you want an exhaust that dumps in front of the rear wheel contact gibson exhaust.the system is a super truck and i run one on my 07 2wd reg cab.it sounds awsome.go through performance products 1-800-578-8132 ext 7608 and ask for frank.i paid $291.74 to the door via fed ex.it took about 50min from start to finish.it comes in one piece withsi/do with two stainless tips.be prepared for some cab noise but nothing too obnoxious.

I have an 07 Hemi with the MDS, and so far all I have is a Flowmaster Super 40 weld-in on my exhaust and the resonators removed, and I think it sounds pretty good. It could be louder, but thats a personal preference, everyone I know says its loud enough, but what do they know
. I don't really notice the MDS except on the freeway and even then it doesn't bother me that much.

i have an 06 with mds, i have a flowmaster 40 series dumped by the rear axel. It sounds great but it definitely makes a wierd sound when the mds kicks on and off. You have to think there is not as much back pressure when their are 4 cylinders firing, therefore, the sound is not as deep. It takes some getting used to, but now i like it alot.

Here is a place to hear exhaust pretty cool.
