Default Switched ignition wire

What color would a switched ignition wire be in the steering column? (Power that is only there when the key is turned)

Thanks,
Shane

I connected my radar detector and the dimming mirror off a lead behind the knee bolster and under the steering wheel. It's in a bundle of about five wires. I'll try and look tomorrow to get you a color and a pic or two.

lol.. Is everything with you yellow?!

You think that the switched power wire is a solid yellow in the steering column? I have to check that out tomorrow. Thanks for your help!

Anyone else?

The yellow wire in the column on the 04-05's is the ignition start wire.

Just go to the cig lighter.
