Default Alternative 20 inch tires

Greetings: I have a 2003 RAM 1500 Quad Cab 4x4 with a Hemi and the 20 inch wheels. I'm looking for alternative tires other than the Goodyear 275/60/20 that came with it. There's not much out there. Michelin has the LTX and Cooper has the Discoverer H/T. The tires I like are BF Goodrich A/T, but they come in size 285/55/20 and 325/60/20. Does anyone have any experience with these tires, or any other 20 inch tires? What effect would there be putting on one of these other sizes on my truck? I thank you in advance.

Go for 275/55/20, its a size Dodge used (eagle LS), but if you go with that size, you can get Bridgestone Dueler HP's....

I have the 275/55/20's on one truck and the 60's on the other. I like the 55 series better, more aggressive tread, quicker off the line, and more tread on the blacktop. Eric

Raised? 4x4 factory raise? Do you have pictures, I'd love to see them. I've noticed that my truck doesnt take small bumps very well with the stock 20's and goodyear tires. I'm hoping the either new rims and tires or just new bigger tires will fix that.

Remember, if you change the diameter of the tire, you need to have your speedo updated.

Dudes... Toyo came out with a 275/60R20 Open Country A/T, I've run this tire in a 34" on a 2001 4x4 Ram and it's awesome. It's under the AT classification, but it's not too aggressive as to cause a rough ride. Another cool thing is that Toyo puts a 50,000 mile tread wear warranty on them. Check 'em out on their website and see whatcha think. I would have 'em on my Hemi but I ended up going 24" instead.
