I goto do a service call on South Beach today and this is the first time that I had to go into this one parking garage. Well I had no problems getting into the garage, but when I went to leave, I could not get out. I was lauging my a$$ off. At the exit to the garage, there is a sharp left turn with a 4 ft wall on one side and 3 support pillars that are about 3 ft in diameter on the other. I tried to get around several times but kept getting stuck. First I nudged the wall. I backed up then I tried to cut closer to the pillars and nudged the wall again. I backed up and ended up rubbing one of the pillars with my door handle of the back door. CRAP!!!!! Now I have a yellow rub on my door handle. The cashiers finally came out of their little boxes to help. They noticed that there was no way I was getting out the exit, so I had to back all the way up while they held up the other cars, then they held up the cars trying to come in and let me out the entrance. As I was leaving, I mentioned to them that there was another megacab that was going to be coming down soon (noone I knew, just noticed in the garage), and thought they might want to put a note on his truck. They did as I was leaving.... Damn this truck is long!!!!!!!

Just a yellow rub on my door handle. I am going to try and get it off, if not then it is chrome replacements going on!!!

That rocks. I drove my QC into a parking garage a few months after I bought it and while it did not hit the clearance sign and I have no idea how much clearance I had I saw once inside I had about an inch at most overhead clearance. Last time I ever use a garage if I can help it.
