Replaced my Ram 1500 Qc 2004 for a 2500,
On the 1500, replaced the EGR valve, power steering assembly (6000 miles), cruise control sensor (same day I got it). Drove the truck hard but well maintained. Besides all that, no issues at 72000 KM.
On the 2500, the stupid tire pressure monitoring system, not broken, but a useless sensor that anoys me every week. I wouldn't by a used truck with over 100 000 Km, don't know how hard the truck was driven? (it would have to be at least half the price of its competition with lower miles.

56K on my 04...had one major problem, but that was cause of a bad u-joint that was replaced under warranty...otherwise it's been really good...got an intermitent problem with the wipers but just gotta replace the wiper switch and it'll be good to go
