Default Heater problems

I need help. For one, my heater is not producing much heat. Secondly, the driver's side does not blow heat, justcold air. Is there anything that I can do to fix these problems and why is it doing this?

What's the outside temp? Most heaters will not blow over 75 degrees which if the outside temp is near that it will feel like cold air coming out the heater.

Defrosters or vents? I know there have been duct issues on some Rams where the mechanism that changes air flow does not work to well.

Why is it that the heat is not very warm? So the driver's blend door is closed, stuck?? I have no clue what to do and don't have $800 to throw at the dealer to repair it.

the problem is definately the blend door. other ideas to fix it are slim. dealer pretty mch unless you want to take the assembly out and hunt it out & find something that may work. very long job and difficulty is at least moderateto average shadetree mechanic.
