stock/old/new exhaust videos
well i just had my exhaust redone. Went from stock, to a 3" straight pipe, to dual 2.5" flowmaster 40's with an x-pipe and turndowns. had eveything built by an exhaust shop here in tally and they did an awesome job and only charged me $350... definitely the lowest price in town. here are some vids from stock to straight pipe to 40's and some pics of the work. enjoy

What's the purpose of the 2 pipes coming together? Why not just have 2 separate pipes all the way?

it depends on who you ask but they say that x-pipes help even out exhaust pressure. who knows whether it really does or not, but from what i see it will change the tone of your exhaust a little bit.

I love the straight pipe. Sounds great. I don't like the sound of Flowmasters. I was thinking of straight pipes for mine, but I might just throw in a glass pack. More snap, but quieter at idle.
