My 05 Ram 1500 QC has developed a great squeel when I turn the wheel.
It doesnt sound like the need you get at full lock, its more high piched and i hear it the most when
I am driving at low speeds in tight areas (parking lots)
It has 51,000 miles on it.
Any one have any ideas on how to fix it.

Yep, sounds like an accessory belt slipping on your power steering pump.
Check your serpentine for wear and/or slipping.
Have you driven through a lot of water recently?
Either clean it using a spray you can get for cleaning and removing grease and dirt deposits fromthe belt, or replace it.
Try the spray first. If it doesn't work, check the belt for wear such as cut edges and belt threads splitting off the sides etc.
