Adjusting Headlights on '06
Hey All,
I have an '06 Ram 1500 MegaCab, and I've installed the 2" leveling Spacers in the front. When I drive at night I get flashed constantly.
Does anyone know how to adjust the headlights properly, or should I take it back to the dealer for adjustment?
Thanks,
-ThaChad

I dont know what you actually just adjust them too, i am sure there is a measurement on the web somewhere, but what i always do is,
Pull into drivesway and point the lights at the closed garage door. adjust One down, very slightly, only a few turns, just so it moves down slightly. and then make the other side match. You can use the other as the guide. then drive. if your still getting flashed, turn them down more, if not, they are fixed.
Just remember dont adjust them down, a couple inched right away, cause your sight poing is only 10-15 feet away. That translates to a huge movement 200ft down the beam pattern.
