Default Grinding into reverse?

Still chasing this problem, grinding noise when putting it in reverse. Anyone else dealing with issue? Got an 07, Hemi, QC. It's driving me nuts. Brought it up to the dealer, two techs looked at it, one listened closely underneath, the other shifted with the break on, they said to bring it in, one said tranny problem the other said maybe the rear.
I did, about three weeks ago. They flashed something, changed the fluid in the transfer case, wife picked it up, I went to pull it out out of the driveway, put iot in reverse, clunk, pause, grinnnnnnnndddd. Dealt with it periodically for the last three weeks. Does it about 60-70% of the time, and now it's been in thedealership for two days, and I believe they are waiting for bulletins from Chrysler, faxing data back and forth, anyone have any dealings with this issue? Really pissing me off. Help?
