well here we go i never got a call back so i went to call and their f*****N closes what a bunch of s**t they were supposed to call back accoarding to my manager friend but wtf just another time they blew me off!!!! do they honestly lack that much consideration!!! i am pissed!!! and i can almost garantee it hasnt been shipped!!!!!!!!

 

Well, I just sent a chip in to be unlocked. I sure hope I don't get thru this ringer. They said 7-10 days from my door and back. We'll see.

I figured as much, the guy on the phone even sounded lazy. I'm onmy fourth try to get a used superchip that isn't VIN locked, most of these idiots (ebay, etc)think you can just program your vehicle and then sell it.

that really sucks to hear the problems you guys are having with superchips....i never planned on having a SC very long, especially after i heard about the SCT lol....but at least you guys haven't had to wait for them to get the app to work for vista....they told me when i bought my SC back in August that it would be up and running by the 1st of September....now here we are, pretty much the beginning of November and they finally have an app that is supposably gonna work for vista....i hope they get the SCT done and avail for the 04 Hemi's soon cause then i'll just be giving this SC away

 

It's obvious from the treatment you guys are receiving that if and when my 3815 craps out I will not waste any more time or money on SC. Just hope the forum will offer the best suggestion for the best problem-free tuner.

 

well cancel me out from being somewhat satisfied...just tried to download the new app for vista and guess what...it wont install.....i swear the day SCT comes out with the tuner for the Hemi, this SC is goin up for grabs...first one that pays for shipping can have it lol.....

 

i hear you i am callin again tomora... its driven me insane... is there anything they can do to the tuner that would hurt my truck?

 

i dunno...they might might accidently put the wrong tune in there which would screw some stuff up...but hell man, when this SCT comes out, i'll give you my SC if you want it lol...VIN UNLOCKED and all lol
