Default Flowmaster 50 Series HD on 07 Hemi (Video Posted)

Well got my 50 series HD put on my truck yesterday, and for right now all you get is a write up, I should have a sound clip sometime tonight, my camera is in the wife's car and she's out of town.

Anyway, went with 1 in 2 out, exits behind both wheels. The sound outside is very nice. Idle speed is as quiet as stock, but any gas you give it is a nice throaty roar. Inside I could be bad for some people, my wifeincluded. I'm going to take it out on the interstate here in a few minutes for a good long drive to see if I'm going to be able to tolerate it on my normal long hauls. It's loud inside with the windows up. You definantly have to speak up to carry a conversation, and the factory radio can't drown it out no matter how loud you turn it up.

Now the MDS... Yep you can hear it, and it resonates through the cab badly from 40 - 55, however cruising over 55 I really don't notice it that much. I know it's kicked it, a lower tone, but it doesn't resonate hardly at all once you're over 55.

Like I said, I'll get some sound clips up tonight as soon as my wife gets home.

Glad you like it, I do like mine. On the hwy it is not all that bad although I have the megacab and have alot of interior room that helps deaden the sound...

Just got back from a pretty decent road trip, interstate speeds aren't much louder than the stock, and MDS isn't an issue at those speeds. Wife is out of town for another day so the sounds clips are going to have to wait, sorry...

yeah, get those sound clips/ vids up when you can....im tryin to convince my dad to get a 50 series for his truck (not sure if it'll be the HD one like u have or the Delta Flow) so this should help me decide what one to get...
also, did u leave the rest of the exhaust stock or did u remove the rear resanator(spelling?)/front etc..

the 50 serees hd is louder then the 50 delta...i just dont know how much louder.....it might almost be 40 series loud or it could be just a little louder then the 50 series delta......
...but then again it all depends on the rest of your exhaust setup....

Looks bad *** man I really like the exit behind the rear tires. Was that a kit, or custom?
