05 4x4 lifts
Fabtech is generally the lowest cost of the major brand 6" kits. However, it really gives you about 5-5.5" as does ProComp & Superlift on your '05. Skyjacker is the only kit that gets you a true 6".
I have a Rancho 4" and it's plenty to clear 35's. I do some fairly heavy off-roadin' and have driven trucks with them all except maybe RCD (I don't think anyone in my group has that brand) and found the Rancho handled a good bit better both on and off road. Might be the components or maybe it's that at 4" itkeeps the truck centered a tad lower, I don't know. But most of my hunting/fishing/4 wheelin' buddies with other kits tend to agree with me.
The only advantage to going up to 6" is to clear 37's and I think you'd be pushing your relatively weak IFS front end with 37's. But if that is your inclination, the Skyjacker is the only kit I know of that will clear 37's without any trimming or other mods.
