need help with truck

Default need help with truck

i have some ?'s i want to put a cam in my truck i have a 2002 dodge ram 5.9 360L but dk what cam and i have 6inch lift with 35s on it. would it be worth it? and what kindshould i get and also does it help with gas? i also wanted to get rims for my truck but i live un camden,ny lots of snow will the salt hut black polished rims? thanks for all the help

i think you should buy a stroker kit. thats my opinion. thats what i am gonna do to my truck when i get some money.

well gas is costing more so with a strocker kick will tht make my gas go down? i get 12.5-13 in the city i live in ithaca and its all up and down hill. lol

You should get a referral to a local shop, they can guide you into the proper cam and install it properly for you.

will a cam end up costing me more money? i live in the city of ithaca all up and down hill and gas is 3.30 now. and i need to kno where to get gears the only plays i know is 4wheelparts.com but there over 1,000. i think im going with the 4.56 i think thats right lol. thanks for all the help everone

If you are worried about fuel economy you might as well cancel your plans to go to a numerically higher axle ratio. Camshaft probably won't give you much better FE either.

if you are worried about fuel economy put a for sale sign on your truck check a couple local shops about gears...
