Default 2003 DODGE RAM 2500 5.7l HEMI ... BAD PCM???

I'd like to see if anyone else has seen this, or knows the resolution to the problem. Is it a BAD PCM? Is that possible? Is there a FLASH to fix the problem? I can't seem to get a straight answer yet...lol That's what I get for going to the Dodge Dealership, under new ownership!
My 2003 Dodge RAM 2500 5.7l HEMI 4X4, is a manual transmission truck. Believe me when I tell you, I was a DIE HARD FORD man till I test drove this truck. Just over 53,000 miles, and it still turns me on to drive it!!!!
I've been in Green Light LOVE, ever since I bought it! I know at 36, I'm suppose to be a little more responsible...but I love showing off what my HEMI is capable of! If you catch my meaning!?! Good thing I still got the speed limiter in place! Hahaha
Recently, I've run into some problems though. My check engine light came on.(it did about a year ago too. During a Real cold spell, but I attributed that to BAD gas and it went away after a 1/4 tank of fresh premium) About the same time it started missing. Not consistently, but sporadically. Sometimes at Highway Speeds. Othertimes at idle. Or when coasting to an idle at stops.I thought it was some bad gas. But changing the type/grade didn't help out. It's even all out died on me, a handful of times. Quite embarrassing, since it's a manual, and it made me look like I'd stalled it out!
So I had it checked out at my favorite Truck Shop. It was throwing two codes actually. I'm waiting on my mechanic to call me back with good news, so I don't have the codes on hand. But this is what I know.
The first code was for the Crank Trigger, and the second was for an EVAP solenoid.
Replaced the EVAP solenoid, it was VERY BAD... Dead Short! Problem solved there.
Replaced the Crank Trigger sensor... NO CURE!($150.00 down the drain) Began almost immediately acting up again, on the drive home. Within a few miles, it was throwing codes again. So back to the shop.
Crank Trigger sensor = Checked out ; Harness to PCM from Crank trigger Sensor = Good
My mechanic even wired his Diagnostic computer into the truck, and took it for a drive.... Definitely showed RPM's Dropping out on his machine, and on the TACH. But no loss signal from the Crank Trigger Sensor.....
Anyone had similiar problems, or heard of this happenning on other HEMI trucks. The local Dodge dealer wouldn't tell me if there was any known problems or TSB's on the matter.... Really wasn't pleased with their, "put it on their computer(for $90.00), then we'll let you know" Answer!!!

Thanks guys & gals
