I've got the standard 7in screen for mine (once I decide whether it goes in the truck or the car) and I've got to say the 10 inch monitor looks very nice.

Where'd you find a touchscreen that size?

Too bad the dash in an 03 won't accept a screen that big without a great deal of work...

Just out of curiousity couldn't you hook up a wireless network adapter and if you drive into a hotspot or pickup someones unprotected network and surf the internet?

Well, there's always options on how you can tackle this project, but my parts list is as follows:

Compter:
1.7 GHz Celeron Running Win XP Pro / 512 MB Ram / 100 Gig 2.5 laptop hard drive / Road Runner Front End Software

Touch Screen:
10.4" Samsung

Power Supply:
M2-ATX DC-DC Intelligent Car Computer Power Supply

DVD Drive:
Slot Load USB 2.0 External DVD drive (Powered from USB port)

GPS Software:
iGuidance 4.0

GPS Receiver:
USGlobalSat BR-355 Mouse Receiver

Sirius:
SC-C1 USB Interface For Sirius
SC-C1 Sirius Module

Amplifier:
Boss 4 ch amp

Cables:
16' USB Extension Cable
15' VGA Extension Cable
4 Port USB 2.0 Hub (For my 4 USB devices at the dash)

WiFi:
PCI Wireless card, and External Magnetic Mount Antenna For Vehicles

I also have a TV and Radio tuner, but I don't remember the brand names for them, and I doubt I even hook them up into my system as I never listen to regular radio, and TV reception is horrible in my area.

That's everything I can think of based on memory, if I think of anything else, I'll edit this...

very nice! Thinking I may have to do something similiar...hopefully this doesn't cause someone to feel compelled to take it from you...

One of my buddies was telling me the other day about how you could have a mace bomb hooked up to your vehicles alarm...may be something worth looking into [sm=devilgrin.gif]
