This is for my dad as a present.He said he wants HID lights that have the bluish tint.
I do not want to cheap out on this gift. What are my options for this upgrade. Really, I cant afford to spend more than $700. Any opinions would be help greatly.

P.S. What websites offer HID kits for the 2004 Ram at decent prices.

Just search on ebay. HID conversion kit. I've installed several different brands, they all work the same, especially yours is a 2004, no need for relays and stuff.. should be plug and play.
