I'm trying to install an amp and sub in my '02. The amp is going under the seat, but I'm having trouble trying to find a suitable ground for it. Guys with amps under the seat, where is yours grounded? I really want to figure this out so my truck isn't apart all day. I have the behind-the-seat storage box taken out, not sure if that helps any.

take off the sill plate and scuff up the metal that slopes down from under the seat then you can put a bolt through or use self tapping srews through you ring terminal.
