Been Cold here the last couple of nights, I park my truck at 3 in the morning, I start work at 7am ( good night out ) any how I unlok my doors wit te remote, get in my truck, and before I turn the key I hear the strangest niose and out runs a calico cat from under my truck, I pop the hood and the freaking cat left a turd on the cover of the TBI.

From now on I will tap the hood before starting up my truck,

 

Thank you. I usually make a bunch of noise and thump ona fenderbefore I start mine up. Don't wanna hurt some critter who's just trying to keep warm

 

So glad I park in a garage.

 

ahh yes the fun times of winter just wait till one gets in the fan or the belts thats when the FUN begins

You may have found a "present" under the hood but I strongly doubt it was from the cat. They are usually pretty anxious to bury anything they leave and a cramped engine compartment is hardly something they look for when relieving themselves. Rats or other rodents, sure, but a cat turd?

I don't think a cat could fit betwen the hood and that area of the engine, much less "take care of business."

 

Cats can fit into remarkably tight spaces. My Fiancee's cat has quite the gut on it (oddly enough so does my Fiancee's Fiance), and he can squeeze through a hole just slightly larger than a softball. I agree that the present probably wasn't from the cat. They're pretty meticulous when it comes to burrying said gifts.
