Default power steering pump question

I have an 03 Dodge Ram. The power steering pump is starting to yell at me. I am going to change it myself. Does anybody know if it is ok to reuse the old pulley. My new pump is not coming with one. I figured I would pull the old one off and press it back on the new pump. Any ideas?

Wow! How many miles? Has it been run with low fluid a lot? I've never heard of one failing in any kind of normal-to-high mileage situation.

From experience, you can use the old pulley, but I would reccommend finding a puller. They make one especiallly designed to get power steering pulleys off. A regular gear puller will probably just bend the pulley.
