Fuel spills
We just scored an 07 2500 (hemi) and have been loving it, but it seems to have an annoying habit when it comes to fillups at the gas station. I've filled it three or four times so far and every time the gas station pump doesn't quite catch it in time and I get a cup or so of fuel sloshing out all over the side of the truck. These have occurred at different stations I've never had issues with our other cars or my previous truck. The last couple times I've tried to listen for the fillup to change tone so I know it's close to full, but by then it's too late and I still get a gusher.
Anyone else encounter similar and if so, is there something I can do about it (other than guesstimate when I'm close to full). I tried searching and haven't been able to dig up any similar threads.
Absolutely loving the truck thus far!!

if possible whenever you fill up put the key forward but dont start the truck, while you are filling up you can see how much more you need to fill up the truck, but if you dont want to do that you pretty much have to keep having that problem cause there is not fixing for that.
Hmm.. watching the fuel gauge would be difficult, at best. Not quite what I was hoping for. I know they make solutions to prevent fuel spills that can be installed on boats, but I haven't encountered a car (truck) that exhibited this behavior until now.
I'm kind of surprised no one else has encountered the problem with their Ram?
