Default iPod / radio adapter?

I wanted the single disc w/Aux input on my truck, but the only one the had was the 6 disc/mp3 when I went to get my truck.

I have one of those radio FM tuners for my iPod, but it sucks in my truck. Anyone have one for the new radios? Where did you get it?

Does anyone make an iPod FM transmitter that mounts inline with your vehicle's antenna like CD changers do, or are they only available for "through the air" transmissions?

If the front of your radio has the cd changer /aux button on it then I believe you can get one. I have one in my truck and I bought it from crutchfield.com It was just over a hundred bucks but the sound quality over the fm transmitter crap was well worth it. Took about 30 minutes to install.

I bought the one off the mopar site on the right side of the screen. Hate it. Had to pull everything apart, run the line, drill a hole through the glove box, then in order to change songs I have to have the iPod out of the glove box. I bought my wife one that plugs into the lighter hole and transmits the same way for half the price and no effort. Wish I would have bought it for mine.
