Depends on your tire and wheel selection. Also, what do you want the gears for?

4.10's....
+1 [:@]

For a lighter 2wd vehicle running stock or close to stock tires, where heavy towing is not an issue, 4.10's would give you the best performance/mpg ratio. Much better take off's and better in town/city mpg's than you are getting now. Highway mileage will probably be about what your getting now, I doubt it would go down more than a fraction ofa mile per gallon.
Many places to purchase from including: Moe's Performance, 4 Wheel Parts, Randy's Ring & Pinion, etc...
Much cheaper for you than us 4x4 guys. You would simply need the rear gear set & master install kit. A good, high quality LSD would really complete this for you as it would make both tires hook up when you hit the gas.Auburn Gear makes a nice one.
I don't think the brand of gears you buy is half as important as WHO you get to install them. This is not a job for the local shade tree mechanic. Find someone who has experience installing gears - DON'T CHEAP OUT ON THE INSTALL, it will undoubtably cost you much, much more down the road.

You can also always go with 3.92's, I went from 3.55's to 3.92's and am happy with the change. 4.10's are great for low end but may be too much gear for the freeway.

I second what Hammer said, specificaly about the brand of gears versus who installs them. Make certain that you pick a shop with a solid, verifiable reputation. Talk to the tech, find out how they back their installs (i.e. if something goes wrong will they dump it on you??). Another thing to note, some shops will try to back out of warranty work if you don't buy the parts from them. In my opinion, better shops wont (my local shop only cared that the parts were a well known brand - turned out I had ordered the same stuff they would have).

With respect to which ratio to choose..you could find a similar vehicle with 3.92's and see what it's like. It'd be harder to find one with 4.10's (I guess at least). I'd go for the 4.10's personaly....that way if you opt for bigger tires in the future you won't be be wishin
