Default lift the front

Does any one know of a lift that just lifts the front about 4.5 inches. I like the pre runner look. Could i use the rancho suspension lift and not put in the rear blocks.

for a pre runner look so a lightbar would look right. i lifted the front up with a bottle jack just to get an idea of what it would look like and it sits good. I wish the tilt on these stock trucks was switched around with the nose up high instead. But hey it's only money.

Just a thought if you do raise the front up an entire 4.5 inches andyou ever put a trailer on with a heavy tounge weight your gonna be riding WWAAYY nose high... I think those mini/midsize trucks look okay with the pre runner look. But I cannot imagine a full size truck w/ regular body (no dove tail or anything) would look like. I am kinda interested, make sure and keep us updated if you decide to go for it!!

i have firestone airbags that right now at 70psi in them the truck will sit nose down with the trailer on it. So the lift might make it look a little nose high with the trailer. Also, if i did lift the back i'll need to get some sort of spacer for the bags. I'll have to admit its all about the look.

I believe the look you are looking for, at one time, was called a California lift. Think it was owed to the Baja trucks and the way they sit like Pre-runners.
