You could also try letting a little air out of the tires. If they're too hard you'll feel every road seam in the road. Don't go nuts tho as usually 3-5psi will make a huge difference in feel but it will also change the way it handles and your tire wear. Cheap and easy and if you don't like the results, you can always put the air back in.
