Hum.... That is for you 4-wheel drive.

4HI is for higher speeds, not sure what the max speed is but you shouldn't be driving that fast in 4 wheel anyways, and 4LO is for creeping speeds.

do you have to be in park or neutral. what is the speed for 4Lo or 4Hi can you turn the *** to 4Hi when you are driving?

Shifting into 4hi is fine while driving. Just don't be travelling at highway speeds. I think the max they recommend is something like 35mph. Shifting into 4lo you should be basically at a dead stop with your tranny in neutral. Same goes for shifting out of 4lo.

As someone who has written documentation only to have it ignored I can understand the urge to say that though.
