My PW just hit 30,000 so I was going to change them last weekend. I took one out, and it looked brand new except for just some slight discoloring. The gap was still .045 with the electrode just slightly rounded. I put it back in, and will check them again in about 10,000 more miles. Since the plug looked great, the truck runs great, and it's a PITA to change the plugs, I figure no reason to do it before it's needed. Just my 2 cents.

30K by the book.

Also change your differential lube every 15K (often over looked).
