no defrost???

i have 03 ram 1500 and i turn the nobto defrost and it doesn't come out the defrost it keeps coming out the floor vents why??????

Maybe you have a bad switch....could be anything... can you change it to anything other then the top of the dash? can you do the vents?

air will come out the vents and the floor it just wont come out of the defrost. the *** turns and then i have it set for defrost it still comes out of the floor.......please help
