I got to look at one of those light weightVenture tonnoue covers from Penda today while I was having my windows at a local tint shop. They are really sweet if you have not seen them and at half the cost of a fiberglass unit they are looking pretty good to me. They are made out of a composite plastic material that is pretty sturdy and have the same hood lines as the truck. Dual latches that are hidden under water proof rubber plugs. Cover is really lite and can be installed and removed easily by one person with the removable struts and aircraft canopy hinges. Heck it even comes with a hanger for your garage so you can store it when it is not on the truck, talk about thinkin of everything.

I work with a guy that as one, he love's it.

 

They are running around $500 installed. There is a guy clearing the older single latch versions out on EBay for about $350. But he is up north and does not ship.
