Great snow tire!
Hey guys just wanted to share my impression of the Toyo Open Country MTs in the snow. Today was the first timeI had this truck in real snow, also the first time the tires had seen real snow. I could not believe how well they did. They did awesome in the deep stuff, and great on ice (alot better than i thought they would butthey are siped). Even with an open diff I was astonished at some of the stuff I was able to get up with out any trouble. I have not truley tested them in some real mud yet but dirt and gravel they have done well. But if your looking for an aggressive tire, decently quiet and your gonna be driving in some snow I would highly recommend these tires.

I've got the Toyo open country AT version. I am impressed with them for an overall good to excellent rated tire, good in sand and gravel, average in mud (could be better) and pretty good in snow with a 12.5" width (305/55/20). Overall there amazing but in snow a smaller width tire would be better.
I guess the MT have a better offroad capability. Toyo's are excellent tire's for what I do.

Off topic but you suck, Rob, for rubbing that scenery in my face.
I'm always tempted to pull the trigger on a move to the Rockies but don't want the total upheval of my life. That and I'd have a hard time selling the wife on the Winters.
While you were doing that it was 70+ degrees here today.

lol it was a nice day up there today mid 20s. I have been all over the west side of the united states never to the east. But so far there is no where else I would rather live than Idaho.
