Wow, i was just thinking the exact same thing,

how did u modify it, where did u get the double din dast??
could u get that modified dash in silver, because i have silver accents on the inside of my truck, its an 04 laramie...so i kinda want to keep the change to a minimal,
??

to answer NviousZ, i used my existing dash and cut the opening taller and used abs plastic to fill in the sides. after gluing the inserts in i sanded everything down and had the bezel coated in bedliner. i'm oversimplifying a little but that's the jist. so if you wanted silver to matchyour interioryou would have to do a little preping and painting.

Bedliner, hmmmm... I thought about that, but couldn't imagine how it would look, looks sweet on yours, but I would've had to paint the entire bezel, not just the center piece like yours...

But, yours does look good... Reall, makes me wanna buckle down and finish mine...
