Default Bedliner

So I am looking for a box liner and I am wondering what opinions are. I was looking at a bed rug so if need be I can sleep on it haha.. or pass out.... but I think they would hold water though they say they don't. I also have looked into regular old insert and a spray in... some opinions on the matter?

I have had a bed rug for virtually the whole 3+ years I've had my truck. Never had any standing water in the back of the truck, even in Florida monsoons. Mine has taken spilled gas, kerosene & battery acid. Loads of river rock, sand, pavers, etc. All it takes is a good pressure washing every six months or so and it still looks almost like new. I'd get another one in my next truck without question.

Spray in liner only. Anything else is unacceptable. I tossed mine in the trash after 30k. It wore the paint off the bed and they cause corrosion and rust. It also hid a dent that had heavy rust building unaware to me. Plastic bed liners are like duel wiper blades, snake oil, ect.

Hmmm. Well if I get a minute at work tomorrow I'll look at the distributor catalogue and price some things out... I think I will probably go with the bed rug...

Do the bed rugs get moldy since they're carpet...or at least look like carpet?

No mold, not even a stain that stays after you pressure wash it, I can't even tell where it's faded in the Fl. sun in 3+ years. Even though it looks and feels like a carpet it's really some kind ofwoven plastic resin. I was skeptical before I bought it, it was a relatively new product back when I got it,but it's been fantastic...
