What about if nothing has ever gone wrong with the truck?

My 2005 Dodge Ram Q-Cab, 4.7L 2WD with 33k miles on it has never been in shop and I havent had any problems.

'07 QC Laramie, currently 2200 miles.

Badly leaking coolant hose at 500 miles. Covered under warranty.

Purge valve replaced to fix P0456 code. Covered under warranty. But didn't fix it.

Some other evap system valve replaced (I'd have to check the paperwork) to clear recurring P0456 code. Covered under warranty. Seems to have fixed it.

All little stuff, so it doesn't make me worry about the truck. But it's annoying. Every time it goes in, it's two trips to the dealer. One to diagnose and order the part, another trip to install the new part. So 6 trips and counting so far. Apparently the Parts Dept. doesn't actually stock any parts. [&:]

ORIGINAL: HammerZ71

I have not had a single repair done so far. 38,000 miles on my '04 QCSB Hemi 4x4. But I have done a lot of mods that may have gotten rid of some parts before they had a chance to fail...
HammerZ, tell us what kind of modifications you've done to your truck....

Man I chuckled when I saw this topic.. I actually just bought my 03 Hemi Ram 1500 last tuesday, and it has a little over 55,000 miles (and the infamous Hemi tick...)I was driving to work on Friday morning and heard a hellacious noise from under the hood, and then suddenly my dash lights dimmed, etc. and lost power steering. Yes, the belt just failed while I was going down the road! So I pulled into a store parking lot and checked itout - upper idlersuffered a bad bearing failure.. sothen began my all-afternoon wild goosechase for a 23 dollar pulley. (but thats another story for another day.. ) But I ended up getting the part, (and new belt) and have been flooring it around town all weekend. All things considered, I still love this truck so far...

I don't want to jinx anything, but my '05 QC 4x4 has been nothing but good to me so far. Granted, it's only got about 14,000 miles on it right now.
