Default Water in oil?

This morning I was checking the fluids in my truck, I noticed it was a little low on oil, I took the cap off to add some, and noticed a white paste in the part where the oil went. I didn't see any on the dip stick, does anybody have any idea what this could be?

It could be just some moisture that builds Up in the crank case if you take it for a good long dirve the heat of the engine should dry the water build up.

If you dont drive it enough to build up some heat this will happen I drive mine at least 40 miles every day now 20 miles to work 20 back I notice it has the white build up on the OIL filler Cap sometimes ALSO no big deal.

Keep a eye on it check the Radiator for oil film it could be a sign of a head gasket going bad or a intake manafold gasket mite be giong bad have you over heated the truck and how much for how long the 3.7 has aluminm heads on a cast iron block good and bad but if you over heat it could be very bad.
