Default Question about true dual cutouts

If I were to put 2 cutouts right before the cats, does that make it essentially a true dual setup? From the manifolds, right out of 2 cutouts, bypassing the cats would do so right? thanks, sorry for the 1,999,876 exhaust question...

Yes, it would be true dual. as long as each side never mixes its true dual, you will notice a large reduction in low end torque with that setup due to the lack of backpressure on the engine.
