Hello, I have a 6 month old ram with the 20" rims. The cast chrome on the rims look rusty and hard to get clean Any advice?

 

i used a bottle of Meguiar's Fine-Cut Cleaner to remove some rust spots i had on my 02 ram with the 17's...it's a professional cleaner that has little "beads" in it to remove that sort of stuff and they have it available in like 4 or 5 different grades...the one i used was a "5"...i had to buy it at a automotive paint store

 

Just dirt since they can not rust (given out chrome wheels are plastic). A light compund like yellow said should clean the spots.
