Default Sylvania SilverStar Ultra H13

Hello:

I've got a 2006 Ram, and I was wondering if anybody knows if the H13 SilverStar Ultra even exists yet. It seems that nobody around here has it in stock.

Thanks.

I'd like to know this question too...if they do make them has anyone had problems with the headlight housing melting?

EDIT: Their site only shows the reg silverstars http://www.sylvania.com/ConsumerProd...RG-Results.htm

This will be the first truck I upgrade the headlights - I don't have the owners manual so I don't know which ones I need (what is the number) for my headlights?

Thanks

i wasnt that impressed with the silverstars they are brighter than stock but i didnt notice much a difference. i personally thought they were a waste of my money. i did however notice a huge difference when i switched to a hid conversion... soo nice in the rain and snow...

I've read where people say don't do the HID upgrade unless you get projector headlights (then replace the bulb with HID). The normal stock headlamps throw the HID light all over the place, but it's hard to tell from pictures.

HIDs don't light up just in the front like a normal bulb, they have a longer area that throws out light, including from the sides, so this is supposed to be focused better with projector headlamps.

Not sure what lights I will get next, but I like the silverstars I have in the headlights, the cheap almost-a-tint-of-blue 100watt ebay lamps in the fogs and the the high-beam on with foxs wiring trick. This does it for me - perfect lighting and noone is flashing me when I'm driving.
