Default Driver's side heater blows out cold air when the heater is on

I have a 2003 Dodge 1500 and for some reason the air doesn't get very warm on the driver's side when the heater is on, and I don't have dual thermostats. It used to work fine. The passenger side still works good. Is there a buffer somewhere that is stuck, allowing cold air in too? Please help - my toes are cold... Thanks.

Is the the duct/blend doors. It is common but you will probably have to take it in to get it fixed.
