Default Rust on the bed

A few days ago one of my friends with a 2006 2500 was pointing out that he had a little bit of rust coming through his spray on bed liner in one particular spot. I washed my truck today and when I was drying it I noticed rust in the exact same spot, do any of you guys have rust on your trucks in this spot.

Yeah I plan to take it to the liner people and see what they have to say. My friend and I both have different spray in liners as well.

Anyone out there in DF land that has this problem? Where are all the over the rails spray in bed liner guys?

I have the same issue in the same spot. It appears to be as arust stain. It washes away...but returns occasionally.
