WIND BUFFERING

I like to ride with the back windows down. At over 40 mph the wind buffering is so bad it feels like someone is beating on my head. I check with another local owner and he has the same problems so I do not think it is isolated with my truck.

Yeah, it's bad in the Quad Cabs, but that said, it's bad in every 4 door SUV I've ever driven..... I just crack my front windows a hair, takes care of it...

It must be common, as it is mentioned in the owners manual. I had thought it was because of the tonneau cover.

As mentioned, it is a quad cab problem. I have rode in a Ford 4-door F250 and it has the same issues.

It is also an issue with the SUV that my wife drives. I usually just turn on the A/C and forget about it. Red

Occurs in every vehicle I've ever driven. Rear windows open=wind buffeting. The manual calls it "helicopter sound". I like to put my front window down when temps permit. I have to crack the back window on that side to reduce the turbulence.
