What year is your truck? Maybe you need to service the EGR?

This may or may not help I'm not entirely sure, but I'm a Ford diesel tech and that code means the same thing on the trucks I work on, and usually it is a stuck EGR valve. Now that may or may not be the case with your truck so I would have it checked out by the dealership or a repair shop to be sure.

The Truck is still under warranty, is that something that would be covered?

Yes, it should be covered.

My '05 Ram 1500 QC 4X4 just threw the same code over the weekend. I reset the PCM and it cleared the code, the light came back on after 5 minutes then went back out. Probably a slight variation in the voltage that's causing the light to illuminate.

I'll have it at the dealer soon, as I also have a slight leak in the power steering system. Either at the pump (most likely) or the steering box.

Interesting, mine threw the same code Thursday after I unplugged the battery to do some work. I've got 40k on my '04....odd that we're seeing this similar problem around the same time....oh well, Dodge dealer has the EGR in stock for 70 bucks, give me something to do tonight.
