I was told by a number of people to only run platinums in the hemis. because the ignitions system voltage is so high that it will just burn out a regular plug, and that's why they say to do them at 36,000 or what ever. not cause there carboned up but becasue there worn out from the voltage. i don't know how much truth there is to it but that's what i've heard. also was told if i was going to switch plugs to spend the money and go with the NGKs. i personaly run those in everything i own besides my truck. i'm not a big fan of champion plugs. have had problems with them incars and toysin the pass

platnums are the worst plug you could put in a dodge. most people with superchargers on there dakotas are running the autolite 3922 plugs. 2 steps cooler then the factory champions and work great. us regular dak owners with basic cam and pcm upgrades are running the autolite 3923 plugs.

Autolite 3923 copper cores, two heat ranges cooler than the factory recommended 5224, either those or go for the stock champs. Btw jimmy, isnt diablo down with a bad lift pump[8D]
