EBAY!!!!! they have stock navigation dash bezels on there for decent price!!! go look under 2005-2008 dodge ram and just look for a nav bezel.

 

just go look on ebay my friend!!! they have alot of stuff on there for decent prices. just look under the year of your truck for example: 2005 dodge ram...u'll see alot of stuff and ull find a bezel for ur stock navigation dash bezel.

Those on ebay are from Germany and cost about 150 bux. Or you can make you own if you are good with a dremel tool and body filler. Here are some pics of mine
