I have a new 08 quad cab with the Hemi. I hear the factory exhaust is pretty good. Other than the rumble I get, do I get amy more perfomance and mpg's? I was thinking a CAI, but was wondering if I can get the same type of gains with ak&n drop in airfilter and stock exhaust. If I do go the extras route I was thinking magnaflow si/so and a trueflow xdi.

JK I have heard nothing but good things about the Trueflow and Magnaflow...
